No American English dictionary in the base install for Icedove

http://packages.debian.org/etch/myspell-en-us

Adding all available myspell-* dictionary packages might add 10MB or so to the ISO image. Shall we do that?

We already have myspell-en-gb, myspell-it, myspell-fr, myspell-de-de, myspell-es. I think it suffices, additional packages can be downloaded from etch. I would avoid adding last minute features, because they might break something we do not expect.

I'm postponing the ticket to milestone 2.2.
