Software Properties dialogue has out of date information

Description

In Desktop -> Administration -> Software Properties, if you click Add, the information is out of date. Users can select a Sarge channel, and Etch is marked as 'testing'.

The problem seems to in this file:

/usr/share/update-manager/channels/Debian.info

I'm going to patch it with up to date information.
