Add libpt-plugins for Ekiga

Description

Currently we only ship the OSS plugin for Ekiga's sound I/O - it works much better with the native ALSA plugin. There are also plugins available for FireWire? video camera input. So we need to add these Debian packages to the base install:

libpt-plugins-alsa libpt-plugins-avc libpt-plugins-dc
