Move Gnome wastebin to lower right corner

Gnome places the wastebin icon, together with other system icons, in the upper left corner of the desktop by default. My experience is that users will accidentally drag icons into the wastebin if it remains there, particularly if they are unfamiliar with the environment. Let's move the default location of the wastebin to the lower right corner of the desktop.
